2. Intellectual Property Rights
Artist Ownership: The Artist retains all copyrights to the artwork, including after purchase.
No Reproduction: Buyers may not copy, scan, resell, or distribute images of the art.
Commercial Use: Artwork purchased here is for personal display only; commercial use is strictly prohibited.
3. Payment and Pricing
Currency: All prices listed on this website are denominated in Euros (€).
Adjustments: We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
Payment Methods: Transactions are securely processed through our Squarespace checkout system.
4. Worldwide Shipping and Delivery
Global Shipping: We ship our original artworks and fine art prints worldwide.
Import Fees: International buyers are fully responsible for local customs fees, duties, and taxes.
Tracking: All orders are shipped via trackable services to ensure secure delivery.
5. Lost Packages
Reporting Window: Please contact us if your tracking info stalls or your order does not arrive.
Investigation: We will initiate a formal investigation with the courier carrier to locate the item.
Address Accuracy: We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by buyers.
Resolution: If a package is officially declared lost by the carrier, we will resolve it per order type:
Prints: We will issue a replacement print or a full refund.
Original Art: Because originals cannot be replaced, a full refund or store credit will be issued.
6. Returns, Refunds, and Damages
Original Paintings: All sales of original canvas and paper paintings are final. However, if an original painting arrives damaged due to transit, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographic proof of both the damaged artwork and the shipping box. Because originals cannot be replaced, if restoration is not possible (determined after careful evaluation from our side of the damages), we will issue a full refund in Euros (€) or store credit.
Prints Timeline: Print returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Transit Fault: Print returns require clear photographic proof of damage or faults caused during transportation.
Condition: Returned prints must be shipped back in their original, undamaged packaging.
7. Document Authenticity
Certificates: Original pieces include a signed Certificate of Authenticity.
Loss Policy: Replacement certificates will not be issued if the original document is lost by the buyer.
8. Limitation of Liability
Art Care: We are not liable for damage caused by improper handling, hanging, or environmental display.
Site Disruption: Service availability depends on Squarespace; we are not liable for temporary website downtime.
