Thank you for visiting and shopping with us. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Shipment Processing Times
Handling: All orders are processed within 14 business days.
Original Paintings: Original paintings are not packed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
Delays: If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will contact you via email if there is a significant delay in your shipment.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Worldwide Delivery: We provide worldwide shipping on all original artworks and fine art prints.
Calculated Costs: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight.
Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times will vary by destination and will be provided by the carrier during checkout.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Tracking Email: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped.
Active Status: The tracking number will become active within XXX hours of generation.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Buyer Responsibility: All prices on our website are in Euros (€) and exclude local import fees.
Local Tariffs: We are not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or tariffs applied to your package by your destination country. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer.
5. Damaged Shipments
Original Paintings: If your unique original artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and provide clear photographic proof. Because originals cannot be replaced, if restoration is not possible (determined after careful evaluation from our side of the damages), we will issue a full refund in Euros (€) or store credit.
Fine Art Prints: If a print arrives damaged due to a transportation fault, please email us within 48 hours with photo evidence. We will arrange for a replacement print to be sent out as soon as possible.
6. Lost Packages & Stalled Tracking
Carrier Claims: If your tracking info stops updating or your package does not arrive by the estimated date, please notify us. We will open an investigation with the car
Address Accuracy: We are not responsible for shipments that are lost or delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect details provided at checkout.
Resolution: Once a package is officially declared lost by the courier, we will issue a replacement for prints, or a full refund/store credit for unreplaceable original paintings.
