Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Because we sell both unique original artworks and fine art prints, our refund and return conditions vary by product type. Please read our policy carefully before completing your purchase.
1. Original Paintings (Canvas & Paper)
All Sales Final: All purchases of original canvas and paper paintings are final.
No Change of Mind: We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on original pieces for change-of-mind reasons.
Review Details: Please review all artwork dimensions, photos, and descriptions carefully before placing your order.
2. Fine Art Prints
14-Day Return Window: You can request a return or refund for fine art prints within 14 days of the delivery date.
Transportation Fault: Returns for prints are only accepted if the item exhibits a defect or damage caused directly by a transportation fault.
Condition: Returned prints must be shipped back to us in their original, undamaged packaging to qualify for a refund.
3. Damaged Shipments & Transit Faults
48-Hour Reporting: If any item arrives damaged, you must contact us via email within 48 hours of delivery.
Photographic Proof: Your email must include clear photos of the damaged artwork as well as the exterior shipping box.
Resolutions: Once the transit damage is verified:
Original Paintings: Because originals cannot be replaced, if restoration is not possible (determined after careful evaluation from our side of the damages), we will issue a full refund in Euros (€) or store credit.
Prints: We will arrange and ship a brand new replacement print at no extra cost to you.
4. Lost Packages
Carrier Investigation: If a shipment is officially declared lost by the courier service, we will resolve the issue immediately.
Exclusion: We do not offer refunds or replacements for packages lost due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by the buyer at checkout.
5. How to Initiate a Return or Claim
Contact Us: To report a damaged item or initiate a print return, please email us through our website contact form.
Include Details: Please include your Order Number, details of the issue, and the required photographic evidence.
Do Not Ship Back Unannounced: Please do not mail any artwork back to us without receiving explicit return instructions and approval via email first.
